Kayla Coburn is in charge of training and support for staff and franchisees at CML Canada Medlaser. Kayla is well versed in developing relationships with franchisees, as well as assisting them through the process of becoming a member of the CML Franchisee group.

Kayla helps to nurture the health and success of the Canada MedLaser Franchises, which is the growth engine of the company’s future. She has a unique position and has the opportunity to work directly with all major stakeholders, including the Founder, franchisees, franchise leads, the internal HQ Team

As the Training and Support Lead Kayla offers impeccable communication and organizational skills while supporting the CEO and the organization with franchise growth.

CML has 15 locations, 11 of which are Franchises and 4 that are corporately owned.

Marie-Pier Brousseau’s 15-year career in aesthetics and electrolysis has not been short on accomplishments and accolades, that’s for sure. Proficient in laser, microdermabrasion, thermocoagulation and chemical peels, she is in high demand as an instructor and speaker on electro- and photoepilation. Marie-Pier holds a certificate from the International Committee of Aesthetics and Cosmetology (CIDESCO) and also a bachelor’s degree in education from the Université du Québec (UQAR) in Rimouski (Quebec).

Passionate about her craft and profession, Mrs. Brousseau has spent 4 years teaching the 1300 hours aesthetics program in Edmonton (Alberta), before joining Dectro International as an international instructor. Her exhaustive knowledge of permanent hair removal and skin care as well as her high-energy presence make her an invaluable asset indeed.

Jacquie is the Training Manager and Corporate Trainer at DermaplanePro with over a decade of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, she built her foundation as a licensed Cosmetologist before specializing in advanced skincare education and dermaplaning techniques.

She combines her extensive industry knowledge with a passion for empowering fellow professionals through comprehensive, hands-on training programs. When not advancing skincare education, Jacquie cherishes time spent outdoors with her three children, bringing balance to her dynamic career in the beauty industry.

Tanya has been involved in the esthetics industry for many years. As a graduate of George Brown’s Esthetics Program she joined the College, initially in an administrative role and later as an instructor in the esthetics program and then the medical esthetics program. Subsequently, she ran her own Esthetics business, which included a number of speaking engagements throughout North America as a keynote speaker on infection control as it relates to the Spa Industry.

She has also represented a number of industry related products on the Shopping Channel over the last number of years. Her current position as VP of Sales at Footlogix, a world leader in a broad range of foot care products, has expanded her experience and expertise globally.

Lauren Lowes is a Certified Esthetician with a career that spans over a decade. As the Director of Business Development & Education for GlyMed Plus Canada, she has devoted her career to not only improving the well-being of her clients but also to empower and educate others in the aesthetics industry.

More than ten years ago, Lauren discovered the transformative potential of GlyMed Plus within her own practice, sparking her passion and commitment to the brand.

Lauren’s mission is to share her wealth of knowledge and expertise with fellow professionals in the industry. As the Director of Education for GlyMed Plus Canada, Lauren is dedicated to introducing others to GlyMed Plus through training sessions, workshops, and nationwide seminars. She desires to see other professionals help their clients attain powerful results while accomplishing their business goals by incorporating GlyMed Plus into their practice.

As she champions GlyMed Plus Canada, Lauren remains a driving force in the aesthetics industry, striving to bring the transformative benefits of GlyMed Plus to professionals and clients alike.

Michael Beresford is the president of Moor Spa Inc – based in Vancouver, BC. Michael has a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from the University of Reading. He spent five years working in research institutes in the UK, Switzerland and Germany, developing computer software that analyzed brain function in people practicing meditation. It was during this time that he became interested in Moor therapy and the spa concept. Michael moved to Canada in 1996 to make Moor-based products and treatments available within the North America spa industry.

Michael has always felt strongly that spas should be a refuge not only from the stress of day-to-day life, but also from the toxicity of the modern world – so product purity and safety are at the forefront of the formulation and development of Moor Spa products. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in natural product development, and has spoken at industry events in Canada, U.S.A., Brazil, South Africa, China and Australia.

Jen has been in the skincare industry for 18 years and is a licensed esthetician and esthetics instructor.

Her background includes retail sales, spa and medspa management, solo practice, skincare and devices sales rep and educator, and spa owner, and she has been successful in every role.

She loves to educate above all and connects with her audiences by distilling complex esthetic concepts into easily learned lessons and maintaining a fun atmosphere in her classes.
