The Elite Formula

Here is the formula for how we stack technologies for the Elite Facial. Each step of the facial activates powerful natural processes in the skin while maximizing the impact of the steps to come.

Step 1: Carbon Facial using Q-Switched Nd: YAG

This treatment provides the ultimate cleansing and exfoliation. A layer of carbon is applied to the skin, then blasted away with the 1064 nm laser, removing dirt, oil, dead skin cells and debris along with it from the surface of the skin.

Also known as the Hollywood facial, this step increases cellular turnover, with this rejuvenating treatment addressing multiple signs of photoaging. It also treats acne and post-inflammatory acneic pigmentation.

Step 2: VP Dual Spot Treatment powered by Dynamic Pulse Control ^TM

The VP Dual handpiece uses SharpLight’s award-winning Dynamic Pulse Control^TM technology to powerfully spot treat broken capillaries and stubborn pigment on the skin. With the ability to target both melanin and hemoglobin, its concentrated 1.5 cm2 -sized crystal tip initiates the required thermal damage for desired lesion clearance. This handpiece specializes in targeting pigmentation concerns, covering most of the melanin absorption spectrum.

Step 3: Skin Rejuvenation with DPC™ – SR 580

Powered by Dynamic Pulse Control^TM technology, the SR 580 performs a full-face skin rejuvenation facial through advanced selective photothermolysis. Effectively stimulate neocollagenesis to strengthen the skin’s structure – easing fine lines, wrinkles, and textural concerns. The SR 580 performs superior pigmentary lesion breakdown, creating more even skin tone and improving the skin’s appearance.

Step 4: Fractional Resurfacing with Er: YAG 2940 nm Fractional Laser

The last step in the Elite Advanced facial utilizes an Er: YAG 2940nm Fractional laser technology. This fractional resurfacing treatment effectively treats fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness. SharpLight’s fractional technology fosters quicker healing by creating small islets of wounds in the skin. To resurface the skin, the 2940 nm laser-tissue interaction will result in the ablation of superficial skin layers with minimal collateral thermal damage. The surrounding intact skin supports the body’s healing and rejuvenation efforts through the wound-healing response and process of neocollagenesis.

Treatment Schedule:

This treatment will require 1 – 6 sessions based on your client’s needs and goals. Sessions are to occur every 4 – 6 weeks, depending on your client’s rate of healing, as this treatment uses the Fractional handpiece that involves some downtime.
